Why can't we have the connection and understanding

Why is it so hard to make an connection and understanding between a lovely couple,partner?

Don't you know your partner always want the best for you,and think for you. Their suggestion may be not what you want or like,but it doesn't mean it was not for your own good. Can't you try to see from him/her point of view,try to understand them cos they won't make suggestion just to make you unhappy or just to cause a fight between you both. It must have it own reason,so try to see "The Point" understand it.

I understand all the problem you told me,i understand but doesn't mean you can do it your way without considering your partner's feeling.Once you have made a commitment to be with her/him,u should walk the journey with each other idea, advice, suggestion, consider each other feeling in every step you going to take or do.

I know you been through a lot unhappy moments with your friend, but let me help you, cos i love you. I know 'World without friends is meaningless', but you have to make an balancing there between your friends and your partner...

Try to talk to each other and really accept each other point of view with open heart,not just said we dont understand,or there's nothing you can do.I care what you care cos I love you.
Couple need to make an understanding between each other,not just hope we understand without putting effort,at least have a good talk to each other and let it out,try to make an agreement
there.

I really worried of you,but you just don't care, and tell me there's nothing to worried. You made me sad..sad that why we just can't agree on the same point,u always will have your"Point" that i have to understand,but u don't understand my.

Find the WHY!

Usually when we are ordered to do some task or work,we often ask what or how to do instead of WHY?'Why' is what we suppose to ask.Why ask "WHY"? To learn or to teach you need to find the reason of doing it.''WHY" will keep you doing things that u have to or even thing you don't want to.Knowing "WHY" will make you do more than u can do,because from "Why" you will know the reason,purpose of some task and job.

Eventually from "WHY" you will know What and How. U will start to find your own 'What to do' or 'How to do' once you know "Why to do".Example: If you are working in restaurant in a shopping mall.You are working as a service crew.Your superior tells u that's you need to greet every single guest that walk in,you need to smile,you to need to lead them to their seat and etc..Instead of telling you what to do nor how,your superior can just explain to you 'Why' do you need to do all those thing.From there reason and point he told,you'll find own way of doing and thinking,on that time superior will only need to brief you some guideline.

So for those leader & manager,start telling your people WHY? instead only telling What and How.To build your team to be more independent start to show them WHY?

Let's Climb

What do u do when u meet obstacles?What will you do when you fall,failed?Will you run away or u choose to face it,fight it?Fight it back will be the best suggestion i can give.Yet,fight it doesn't mean you will win for sure,but is the process.The process between the fighting period"The Climb".I called this fighting process 'The Climb' after i listened to the song by M.Cyrus "The Climb".It is also "The Climb" that inspire me to start this blog.Is The Climb that will make you grow,make u learn.Sometimes is not really all about result.Result is for others,The Climb is for you,Yourself.Do you read this phrase before "The closer you to Success,The harder it will be".Push yourself through the limit.All the thing that happen in the process of Climb,is invaluable,whatever you learn in The Climb,will be a really useful knowledge for you to face your tomorow.Is a knowledge that no one can steal it away from you."Who you are tomorrow is what you are today".Make every step of your Climb count.No matter in what situation,fail in career,in relationship,in study,LET'S CLIMB!,i will be the first one to support you!I may not be a good blogger,but I will do my best to learn,I will climb,climb,climb, climb to the top.So i can wrote something more useful for reader to read,to make it useful for them to use for facing their daily life...to be continued
